- Traffic levels
- Revenue increases
- Lead volume
- Advertising performance
Marketing and SEO results vary based on numerous external factors beyond our control.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Iron Pixel retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, automations, systems, and internal methodologies.
- Clients retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and supplied content.
- Final website ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

Clients agree to pay all invoices according to agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in:
Deposits and setup fees may be non-refundable.
5. Hosting & Third-Party Platforms
Iron Pixel may utilize third-party services including:
- Hosting providers
- AI tools
- Automation software
- Advertising platforms
- CRM systems
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use our services unlawfully
- Upload malicious code
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Use services for spam or fraudulent activity
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Pixel shall not be liable for:
